Afraid to Alzheimer disease? Try a natural strategy

More and more people fear both Alzheimer’s and cancer. There are powerful reasons.

And specially listen to your body. Rest when you are tired and be mindful of overextending yourself. Drink only minimal amounts of alcohol.
